She chose to join The Globe because she wanted to expand on her writing skills beyond school assignments. Mila’s most fond memory of being part of The Globe was when she got the chance to interview one of the owners of Sedona Taphouse and one of the directors of the Fuller Center for Housing. Besides being involved in The Globe, Mila was on the varsity soccer team from 10th to 12th grade and eventually served as captain during her senior year.
